It's famous for its grape wine both home and abroad, and it has been attested the unique Grape Wine City by O.I.V. Weilong Co. occupied an area of 200,000m2 with the regular assets of 1.8 hundred millions and a staff of 480 employers, among which there are 146 technicians. Our production capacity is 60,000 tons per year. Main products consist of over 60 kinds, forming 4 series of Dry Wine, Sparkling Wine, Brandy and Sweet Wine (Half Dry Wine).

According to the statistics of the Domestic Trading Bureau, Weilong¡Ñs domestic market share is the third biggest one in the wine industry and its producing scale the fourth at the end of 1999. Now, we have 8 National Excellent Quality Products, among which, the Dry Red, has gained this title for 4 consecutive years. In 1998, it became the only one in all the Chinese wine that is recommended by the Chinese Consumers Association and is exempted from inspection in 28 Chinese cities.

Ever since 1998, Weilong Co. has invested totally 60,000,000 Yuan in order to expedite development, to strengthen interior management, to develop new products and to carry out technical reformation. The import of advanced fermentation and bottling equipment from abroad has laid a solid foundation for ensuring the quality. On that basis, we have also inaugurated three projects: smoothly passing the ISO9002 quality control system and products quality certification, being the second one in the Chinese wine line; obtaining the Green Food Certificate from the National Green Food Development Center; starting the full-scale CIS project for Weilong.
